At Bare & Woven, we are committed to delivering our high-end apparel to you with the same care and attention to detail that
goes into our designs.
1. Processing Times
- • Ready-to-Wear: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days.
- • Pre-Orders: Items purchased on pre-order will ship as soon as they become available. Please refer to the specific shipping
date noted on the product page at the time of purchase. - • Peak Periods: During collection launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we
ensure every garment meets our quality standards.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days after processing.
- • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days after processing.
- • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can
use this to monitor your package's journey through the carrier's website.
4. International Orders (Customs & Duties)
For international shipments, please note that Bare & Woven is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by
your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected at the time of delivery.
5. Shipping Constraints
- • We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been handed
over to the courier.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@bareandwoven.com within 48
hours of the scheduled delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Packaging Note
To maintain the integrity of our signature fabrics, all orders are shipped in protective packaging designed to minimize creasing.
We recommend unboxing and hanging your linen, satin, and viscose pieces immediately upon arrival to allow the fibers to settle.
