Cancellation Policy

At Bare & Woven, we strive to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations below:

1. Cancellation Window

  • • Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. Once this window has passed, the order enters our fulfillment process
    and can no longer be cancelled.
  • • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been dispatched or a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please
    refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy upon receiving your package.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately:

  • • Subject Line: Urgent: Order Cancellation [Your Order Number]

3. Refunds

  • • Approved Cancellations: If your cancellation is confirmed within the eligible window, a full refund will be processed to your original payment
    method.
  • • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Pre-Order & Custom Items

  • • Orders containing Pre-Order items follow the same 6-hour cancellation window.
  • • Custom or Made-to-Order pieces may be subject to different terms; if production has already begun on a bespoke garment, we may be unable
    to offer a full refund of the deposit or total cost.

5. Policy Amendments

Bare & Woven reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all orders placed after
the update.

Note: If you made a mistake with your shipping address or size selection, please contact us within the 6-hour window so we can attempt to update
the information before the order is processed.
