At Bare & Woven, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are
here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
- • Items are returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- • Garments are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- • All original tags and packaging (including dust bags or branded boxes) are intact.
- • The item was not marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- • Custom-made or bespoke tailored pieces.
- • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
- • Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper care (e.g., incorrect washing of linen or satin).
3. The Refund Process
- 1. Initiate a Return: Contact our team at support@bareandwoven.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2. Shipping: Once approved, please ship the item back to our studio. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping
costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. - 3. Inspection: Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the garment to ensure it meets our return standards.
- 4. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
4. Processing Time
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email
notification as soon as the refund has been issued from our end.
5. Exchanges
If you require a different size or color, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the
replacement item is reserved for you.
Care Note
Since our collections often feature delicate materials like satin, viscose, and linen, please ensure items are handled with care during
the return process. We recommend using the original shipping box to prevent unnecessary creasing or damage.
